Organizes everyone that is there full-time into “houses” of say 25-50 people. These could be groups that workout together at the same time (way we make use of the space effectively), compete in the different sports leagues and others on their teams can go cheer on etc. Gives a sense of community you can opt-in or out of as and when necessary without feeling like you will miss out if you don’t have this group

Success for the Team Creation Coordinator role would be indicated by their ability to effectively create teams and foster a sense of community among attendees. The coordinator should be able to organize attendees into groups or "houses" that participate in activities together, such as working out or competing in sports leagues, and encourage participation and engagement among team members. Success would be measured by positive feedback from attendees regarding their experience with the team creation process and their level of engagement and satisfaction with their designated team.
