Group programing to assess functional health and level of fitness. Opportunity for some friendly competition and to self-assess areas of success and improvement. Includes balance, strength, endurance, heart rate recovery, grip strength: a combination of evidence-based measures and group-friendly exercises. Each participant will need a method to record results and a heart rate monitor. Will need space for exercise. Coordinate with Danielle on exercise choices.
1.5 hours twice during Zuzalu.
Success looks like participants enjoying a group exercise event and being supplied with a measure of their fitness at this time, isolating areas for improvement. Opportunities are made for participants to engage socially and connect for continued fitness engagement.
