Includes balance, strength, endurance, heart rate recovery, grip strength: a combination of evidence-based measures and group-friendly exercises. Each participant will need a method to record results and a heart rate monitor. Will need space for exercise. Coordinate with Danielle on exercise choices. | Success looks like participants enjoying a group exercise event and being supplied with a measure of their fitness at this time, isolating areas for improvement. Opportunities are made for participants to engage socially and connect for continued fitness engagement. | ||
